  • How do I care for my new items?

    To keep your new clothing items looking their best, wash inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle with a mild detergent and with similar fabric types. We recommend using plant-based detergents for the most planet-friendly laundry cycle. As with any fabric, avoid contact with velcro or abrasive surfaces to best maintain the fabric finish.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide! We offer low flat fee shipping rates of $9 USD to the US, UK, and Canada and $19 USD to other countries. Select items may only be available in certain countries or territories. US orders over $100 USD receive free shipping with code SHIPFREE and UK orders over $200 USD receive free shipping with code SHIPUK.

  • Does my order total include VAT?

    For UK and EU orders, your order includes VAT if stated in your order total. For all other countries, VAT is not included. Your order and shipping total do not include any additional tax, customs, or import duties your country chooses to charge. The customer will be responsible for any remaining VAT, customs, carrier fees, or import duties upon receipt. Failure to pay these will not be grounds for a return or refund of your order.

  • When will I receive my order?

    As part of our sustainability mission, we make each item just for you as soon as you order it to eliminate unnecessary manufacturing and storage, thereby reducing water, electricity, and natural resource usage. We’re able to deliver most items to our US customers within 5-10 business days. Most international orders arrive within 7-20 business days. We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order is shipped so you can stay updated along the way.

  • What if my order is missing or damaged?

    We’re here to help. Just send an email to support@seabyshells.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of any damage within 30 days of receipt (or expected delivery date) and we’ll make it right.

  • What's your return policy?

    For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of swimwear. We are also unable to accept returns of suitcases due to the high cost of shipping these items to you. For returns of other items, send an email to support@seabyshells.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return. If your return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the returned item. We are unable to accept returns of sale items. All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Can I purchase PADI eLearning courses as a gift?

    Yes! If you’d like to give the gift of PADI eLearning you have two options:

    1) Send the code to yourself and share the access code with your gift recipient later, or

    2) Enter their email address and name when adding the course to your cart to send to them directly

  • When will I receive my PADI eLearning code?

    You can expect to receive your PADI eLearning code within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email from padi@padi-mail.com with a link to redeem your code so please ensure the accuracy of the email address you enter when adding eLearning products. Add padi@padi-mail.com to your safe senders list to ensure your PADI email doesn’t go to your spam or junk mail folder.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once an order has gone into production, we are unable to modify or cancel the order. We recommend reviewing our size guides and product info carefully to help you make the best product selections for you.
